    Where do I switch off my mains water supply?
    This varies from home to home but normally you will find the mains stop valve under the kitchen sink or in the hot press/pump room. Alternatively you can find your Irish Water meter outside your home. You just need a flathead screwdriver or butter knife to open the meter cover
    We have no water in the bathrooms or hot water, why?
    The most common cause would be an airlock at the tank in the attic or possibly the pressure pump needs to be reset. Check out our videos on how to fix these problems
    Immersion switch tripping the fuse board, why?
    Either the immersion heating element or the thermostat are faulty. It's always best to call a plumber to fix this issue. We use an electrical test to isolate the exact issue
